Key responsibilities include: Precision machining & fabrication – operating lathes, milling machines, and other workshop tools. Assembly & system integration – working with mechanical, electrical, and electronic components. Testing & fault-finding – diagnosing and resolving issues in engineering systems. Maintenance & repair – ensuring equipment and machinery are in full working order. Technical documentation – interpreting engineering drawings and contributing to process improvements. What We’re Looking For Hands-on experience with manual machining (lathes, mills, drills, etc.). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A willingness to learn new skills across multiple engineering disciplines.
