Making A Difference as A Home Energy Officer in the Communities Department We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed professional to deliver affordable warmth and health related projects direct to the heart of St Helens Communities. You will ideally have experience of working in a customer-focused environment and will provide advice and assistance to vulnerable householders across all tenures in relation to energy efficiency and fuel poverty issues. You will work closely and build up strong relationships with a range of internal and external agencies to ensure St Helens residents benefit from timely and effective advice and interventions. Applicants will preferably have a working background and knowledge of housing and affordable warmth issues. However, training will be provided to the individual with commitment and ambition to develop their knowledge in relation to this exciting and constantly changing agenda. This role allows for hybrid working, combining working from home with access to an agile work hub and the undertaking of site visits and inspections of properties across the borough.
