Customer Service Administrator
One Stop Kitchens are an established, leading commercial catering equipment supplier providing supply, servicing, maintenance and planned preventative contracts to businesses nationwide. Alongside our strong service team, our projects team work on national refurbishment projects.
Our small but strong team works with several multi-site operators, as well as individual operators.
Our clients look to us for a One Stop solution for all their kitchen and facilities requirements.
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our service and sales operations by ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, liaising with end users and engineers on a regular basis. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office team, ensuring all processes run smoothly.
2. Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
3. Maintain accurate records of service and sales activities, customer interactions, and documentation using our in-house CRM system and other Microsoft Office software.
4. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, ensuring data is up-to-date and correctly formatted.
5. Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to facilitate seamless operations.
6. Support the engineer team in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in customer service administration or a similar role is preferred.
2. Proficiency in IT systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
3. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
5. Strong organisational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
6. A polite telephone manner is essential.
7. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within a collaborative team environment.
8. Due to the rural location of our offices, you must have a driving licence. You will be DBS checked or agree to have a DBS check carried out and be able to work in the UK.
