Position Overview:
Hillmans Chartered Accountants, established in 2014, is seeking a full-time Payroll Administrator to join our team in Worle, Weston-super-Mare. We are a modern, technology-driven practice catering to a diverse range of owner-managed businesses locally and nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related queries.
2. Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including data collection, payslip processing, and resolving employee queries.
3. Process monthly CIS contractor returns and handle CIS reclaims.
4. Provide guidance and oversight to junior members of the payroll team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll regulations.
5. Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and maintain accurate records.

Required Skills and Experience:
1. Proven payroll experience (minimum 5 years preferred).
2. Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner.
3. Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
4. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
5. Familiarity with bookkeeping, VAT, or accounting is a plus but not essential.
