Position Overview You will handle customer calls, manage warm leads, and make 30-50 calls per day to introduce our renewable energy solutions. Additionally, you'll schedule site surveyors, follow up with customers, and assist in closing sales. Customer Service Administrator - Key Responsibilities: Warm Leads – Make 30 - 50 calls daily to potential customers. Follow up and convert them into appointments. Scheduling – Manage site surveyor appointments efficiently. Customer Service – Handle inbound calls, answer questions, and resolve issues. Sales Support – Provide information to help close deals. Admin & CRM – Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Customer Service Administrator - Requirements: Experience in telesales and customer service, preferably in renewable energy.
