Our hybrid work style allows you to balance your time effectively, spending at least two days a week in the office once training is complete.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\nAs a Senior Customer Operations Assistant, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:\n\nConducting Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering standards.\nGathering and analysing customer information to create accurate client records.\nCommunicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely support for complex queries.\nCollaborating with team members to enhance processes and drive continuous improvement.\nManaging your caseload efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management skills. \n\nWhat We're Looking For:\nWe're eager to meet candidates with the following capabilities:.\n\nExceptional oral and written communication abilities.\nA proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.\nOwnership of personal learning and development.\nThe ability to prioritise workloads effectively while managing your own work in progress.\nKnowledge of anti-money laundering and anti-bribery regulations is desirable but not essential.
