What is the role doing:
The role will involve carrying a case load of defended Landlord & Tenant matters. The role is client facing, and you will also be involved in training team members in the department and will offer some training externally as well.
You will be required to supervise others’ work and mentor others within the team. The role involves managing your clients well and building relationships with both new and existing clients, with the support of the department BDM.
You will assist the Head of Department with building and delivering service packages to agents and keep yourself abreast of any changes and developments in the market.
Repossession knowledge is not essential as the team is happy to train, but you will have excellent knowledge of the CPR.

What are we looking for:
We are seeking a candidate who has excellent Litigation experience. You will enjoy networking and business development, as well as training and developing others in the team.
You will be a team player with an eye for spotting opportunities. If you have Landlord & Tenant experience, some block management experience would be advantageous.
You’ll be passionate about this area of law and committed to delivering a high level of service to your clients.
