The Role
As the Graduate Culture Champion, you’ll be part of a dedicated team focused on nurturing and evolving the company’s culture as it scales. You’ll get to apply your academic background in people-related disciplines to real-world challenges, work with colleagues across the business, and contribute to strategic initiatives that shape how the company supports, develops, and engages its people.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Designing and delivering surveys, focus groups and interviews to understand how the organisation’s culture is evolving – and using analytics to spot trends and opportunities.
2. Analysing onboarding, recruitment, and feedback processes to identify gaps, suggest improvements, and evaluate outcomes.
3. Supporting the recruitment process – including candidate communications, psychometric testing, and new starter onboarding.
