Main duties of the job We are looking for someone who will lead the development of a comprehensive pupil healthcare approach across the Trust, working with specialist professionals as part of an interagency team. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of a comprehensive health offer to pupils with complex health needs, working with partners, parent, carers, and manage a Trust team of Healthcare Leads. The postholder will be supported by Trust services to develop career pathways for Trust staff as part of a sustainable approach to supporting SEND.
