Duties and Responsibilities: To work as a team member under the supervision of team leader or manager, carrying out tasks as required in compliance with IPS Adhesives EHS and Quality Standards. assessing tasks for risks and implementing control measures staging materials prior to batch production checking Raw Material approval / shelf life status prior to use accurately weighing Raw Materials and Mixtures following standard process instructions to minimize batch variance. accurately completing all relevant paperwork feeding batches of raw materials into production machinery operating production line equipment, for example, a high-speed disperser monitoring the production process finishing products, for example, applying labels and packing goods ready for dispatch storing goods and raw materials in the yard or warehouse using lifting equipment and forklift trucks cleaning and maintaining work areas, machinery and equipment reporting any problems during the shift to the Lead Operators including any maintenance issues The duties and responsibilities highlighted in this Job Description are indicative and may vary over time.
