Description Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Managing the recruitment and selection process Supporting business needs through the proper HR policies and procedures Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics Profile A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have: A deep understanding of HR functions and best practices Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices Job Offer A competitive salary package, estimated between £72,000 and £78,000. 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
