Due to our exciting growth plans, we are looking for a Regional Compliance Co-Ordinator. A role that will oversee the collation of evidence and documentation required for Energy Efficient measures carried out under the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) and other funding streams to ensure compliance with scheme regulations.
Job Responsibilities
1. Work closely with SBS & SES teams to identify measures and evidence required for each scheme, liaising with sub-contractors and site teams to ensure requested information is provided within agreed timescales.
2. Develop trackers and logs to ensure compliance along with shared folder access (OneDrive; SharePoint etc.) for each project.
3. Ensure required evidence is requested and collated in correct folders in line with project KPIs.
4. Develop ongoing relationships with retrofit coordinators, assessors, and designers to understand scheme requirements.
5. Develop ongoing relationships with clients and manage expectations for compliance delivery, deadlines, and data uploads to client share folders on project completion.
6. Assist in lodgements of key measures to relevant certification bodies.
7. Research and develop knowledge base of key funding streams and requirements, including the understanding of PAS2030:2019 and relevant PAS changes.
8. Attend site visits with key supply chain to ensure understanding of evidence required.
Job Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a Compliance Manager role.
