Lead and participate in process safety analyses. Optimize process variables to improve product quality and yield. Conduct data analysis and root cause analysis to enhance process performance. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, mentoring and coaching cross-functional teams. Manage change associated with new chemicals and polymers, working closely with global research teams. Provide technical expertise to support operations, engineering, and reliability teams. The Person: It is anticipated that the successful candidate will come from a similar background and will be looking for the next challenge in their career. Self-starting and motivated, applicants will also need to satisfy the following: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. Minimum of 3 years of relevant industrial experience. Ability to work effectively at both strategic and operational levels. Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and critical thinking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
