Purpose of the Role:
To support the development, maintenance, and implementation of script content for ATT’s immersive theatre-based training programmes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and effective communication across all teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Script Maintenance & Distribution: Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of script content for both centre-based and mobile programmes. Ensure consistency across platforms and updates are reflected in documentation.
* Inform freelance creative teams, stage managers, and actors about script updates, providing necessary clarifications.
* Maintain the accuracy of all script content across both physical and digital documentation to ensure up-to-date and reliable materials for all theatre performances and workshops.
* Respond to script-related queries, conduct site visits to observe content delivery, and collaborate with technical teams for updates (e.g., PowerPoint presentations).
* Work with operations and delivery teams to implement changes based on script updates, ensuring smooth integration.
* Review feedback, identify issues, and ensure participant engagement is maintained.
* Address any script-related issues promptly.
* Attend writer workshops, rehearsals, and client meetings; contribute to script development and provide dramaturgical support.
* Contribute to scriptwriting, treatments, and storyboards. Provide suggestions to enhance quality and align with creative objectives.
* Assist in content development and offer creative feedback for UK and global initiative.
* Take minutes and gather insights during client meetings, supporting content creation and future development.
Ideal Candidate Skills/Experience:
* A degree-level or equivalent qualification OR equivalent, relevant experience for the role
* At least 2 -3 years experience as a theatre maker
* Experience in script content management
* Strong organisational and communication skills
