The school is eager to consider both experienced candidates and Newly Qualified Teachers, but has expressed the need for excellent curriculum knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. It is also important to the Senior Leadership Team that the chosen educator is confident in implementing effective behaviour management techniques and strategies and is capable of working in line with the school’s behaviour policy. However, the behaviour of the pupils at this school is generally very good.
