We are seeking an experienced Master Data & Reporting Officer who will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of customer data pertinent to the customer account through its lifecycle. They will be responsible for the production, review and analysis of all Accounts Receivable reporting, ensuring it is compiled accurately, in a timely manner and meets the needs of the team, function and wider business. Every day you will … Process account setup forms and amend account data as necessary, accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure the integrity of customer accounts. Raise awareness of account processes in the wider business to support the collection of debt. Develop functional understanding of systems processes and controls to effectively perform role. Support in credit and risk checking processes Provide accurate and timely information on the status of customer accounts/debt to inform business decisions, identify and escalate issues and manage customer expectations. Provide weekly and monthly reporting of customer metrics. Develop and maintain internal contacts to ensure effective working relationships, regular communication and optimisation of business results. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate complex data. Experience of using reporting tools, particularly Excel. High attention to detail and consistently ensuring accuracy. The ability to identify issues and help to develop solutions to improve processes. Strong stakeholder management.
