We’re working with a leading law firm with an international presence to recruit a Senior Corporate Associate (6+ PQE) for their top-tier Corporate team based in Leeds. The Role
As a Senior Corporate Associate, you’ll be a key member of the Corporate team, working directly with partners and colleagues across the national network. You’ll advise on a wide range of complex transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, capital markets work, private equity deals, cross-border transactions, and investment structuring projects.
You’ll be involved in high-profile, high-value work across diverse sectors. The firm is known for completing more UK deals than any other legal adviser and adopts a collaborative, partner-led approach to every transaction.
This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing for a balance between office-based and remote working.

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious corporate lawyer who brings:
• 6+ years’ PQE in corporate law, ideally gained at a top-tier or respected national/regional firm
• Significant experience advising on M&A, private equity, capital markets, and investment structuring
• A track record of leading transactions and managing key client relationships
• Strong mentoring and supervisory experience, with a hands-on leadership style
• Excellent commercial acumen, attention to detail, and organisational skills
• A collaborative mindset and interest in contributing to business development
