My client based in Huntingdon are currently recruiting for someone within their Customer Service team on a Full Time temporary basis.
Looking for candidates who are available to start immediately and must have similar experience to be considered!
Hours - 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch.
Salary: £12.80 per hour.
Main responsibilities:
1. To develop, manage and influence existing customer relationships.
2. Provide a high level of service and achieve customer satisfaction.
3. Act as the customers representative within the Company by managing and influencing internal relationships with all other Departments.
4. Maximise opportunities and meet commitments to the customers.
5. Undertake daily reactive/proactive inbound/outbound customer communication and liaison, via the phone, e-mail and face-to-face (when required on occasion).
6. Manage the sales order process from enquiry through to order and delivery - including but not limited to sales order processing, order monitoring/progressing and undertaking all necessary external/internal liaison.
7. Efficiently handle all stages of business administration function.
8. Secure sales and opportunities for the company via upselling.
9. Manage the customer concern/complaints process.
10. Promote, support, sponsor and participate in Company service initiatives.
You will have experience in:
1. Customer service, preferably within Manufacturing or B2B environment.
2. Verbal and written communication skills.
3. Able to achieve consistent customer service excellence irrespective of situation.
4. Ability to maintain existing external relationships with key contacts and demonstrate influential use of the same.
5. Ability to create excellent working relationships with key contacts and maximise through identifying and using strategic influencing techniques.
6. Ability to build internal relationships in a team environment.
7. Ability to thrive on pressure, self-manage all day-to-day activity and push procedure boundary to achieve success.
8. Ability to help facilitate change and identifies areas for improvement.
9. Commercial ability - able to create and secure sales whilst maximising added-value.
10. Proficient MS Office skills and experience of ERP systems.
