Customer Service/Operations Specialist Role and Responsibilities
* Manage all customer related issues post booking
* Make any necessary amendments, cancellations ensuring all details are correct
* Process payments
* Manage and schedule changes
* Issue tickets and travel documentation
Customer Service/Operations Specialist Skills and Experience Required
* Previous experience of using a GDS
* Proven Customer Service/Operations experience within the travel industry
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Well organised and customer focussed
