As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for residents, staff, and contractors, ensuring smooth communication, resolving queries, and providing outstanding service. From handling enquiries and managing repairs to supporting rent payments and updating systems, your role will be vital in keeping everything running seamlessly.
What Customer Service Advisor will be doing:
1. Providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
2. Managing repairs and service requests efficiently
3. Keeping CRM and housing systems up to date
4. Assisting residents with rent payments and account queries
5. Liaising with different teams to improve service delivery
6. Supporting community engagement activities
