Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and innovative lessons in Chemistry and Applied Science to students aged 16-19. Requirements The successful Chemistry Teacher will have; Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with experience in teaching Chemistry and/or Applied Science. Strong knowledge of A-Level Chemistry and vocational science pathways. A passion for teaching and motivating students to achieve their best. Ability to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment. Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship) All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
