ABOUT THE ROLE: Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be a key part of a team providing a high level of engineering service to the business and your key responsibilities will include: Undertaking planned and reactive maintenance to improve engineering reliability and minimise downtime and disruptions to production. Working to ensure the continued safe operation of all plant equipment. Proactively looking for new, improved ways of working and coming up with CI focused, innovative approaches to resolving engineering issues. Developing strong working relationships with other engineers and shift production/operations teams to diagnose and resolve problems. Ensuring all relevant KPIs are achieved.
