Overview
We have an opportunity available for a Full Time and Part Time Support Worker - Supported Living to join the team at Mount Pleasant Supported Housing based in Cheshire, CW12 3EX.
The service provides support in the Congleton area to people with complex support needs and provides one-to-one support to tenants living at the scheme including shopping, budgeting, housing management, and socialization.
Salary: £12.00 hourly Hours: 37.5 hour and 30 hour contract available

Responsibilities
As a Support Worker in Supported Living, you'll be supporting adults on a person-centered basis to live independently, helping them move towards independent accommodation.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Medication assistance
2. Accessing the community
3. Domestic tasks
We're looking for someone who can think on their feet and truly understand our clients' needs with a big smile that lights up our service users' faces. Patience and a sense of humor are key qualities we're looking for.
Please note: For the 30-hour contract, it is a requirement to have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle, as this position involves covering the north of Cheshire East.
Qualifications
It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space, you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training, as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
