Our client in the Guildford area is currently seeking a Bridging Administrator. In this role, you'll report directly to the Director and be part of a dynamic and diverse environment where you can expand your skills and grow professionally. The successful Bridging Administrator will be offered:

Responsibilities for a Bridging Administrator:
6. Proactively manage a case pipeline to ensure quick completion of applications.
7. Work with brokers and clients to gather necessary documents and information for faster loan application processing.
8. Set expectations, meet deadlines, and provide excellent service to encourage repeat business.
9. Handle broker queries and keep them updated on the progress of their applications.
10. Prepare Heads of Terms (HOTs), Agreements in Principle (AIPs), and other documentation.
11. Collaborate with the Underwriting and Credit teams to support lending decisions.
12. Accurately input and track data, including calls, correspondence, and visits, in the company’s CRM system.
13. Participate in internal meetings and contribute ideas.
14. Submit weekly progress reports, ensuring data accuracy.
15. Assist the divisional director with tasks such as answering calls, handling mail, emails, and scheduling meetings.
16. Obtain property information and valuation quotes.
17. Perform Money Laundering Act (MLA) checks and conduct initial searches.
18. Handle other administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements for a Bridging Administrator:
19. CeMAP qualified
20. At least 1 year’s experience in Bridging loans
21. Good understanding of lending, mortgages, or secured loan processes.
22. Preferred experience in managing caseloads and quickly processing applications.
23. Attention to detail is essential.
24. Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt to changing tasks.
25. A proactive attitude, and confidence in managing processes.
26. Experience handling high-volume workloads and prioritising effectively.
27. Strong organisational skills.
28. Competent PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
29. Excellent written and spoken English.

32. Commercial awareness with great interpersonal and communication skills.
