A top ranking and well regarded multi service law firm is going through a significant period of expansion and is looking to recruit an experienced employment solicitor on either a full or part time basis.
Joining an established and highly successful employment team, you will be responsible for managing a full case load of claimant and respondent employment matters including:
1. Contracts of employment
2. Discrimination claims
3. Disciplinary and grievance issues
4. Settlement agreements
5. TUPE guidance
6. Unfair dismissal claims
7. Employment Tribunals
8. Reorganisations and redundancies
The firm is looking for an employment solicitor with experience in the above matters and is open to all levels of PQE. Applications from NQ solicitors are encouraged; however, you must have at least one seat in employment to be considered. You will have the opportunity to further develop your experience and career prospects within the firm.
