You will leverage your extensive experience to lead market assessments, analyse data, and gather qualitative feedback to represent market needs internally to Product Management and Engineering teams. Your insights will directly influence the development of both new and existing products, ensuring they meet the evolving demands of advertisers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead comprehensive market analysis, including quantitative and qualitative research, to identify key trends and opportunities.
* Deeply understand advertiser needs and product risk areas to prioritize recommendations for product, engineering, and design teams.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure new and innovative solutions for advertisers are seamlessly integrated into the platform.
* Drive alignment and consistency in marketing approaches across regional and vertical teams to maximize global impact while addressing specific market requirements.
* Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of advertising products and solutions, guiding cross-functional teams in the creation of client communications, product documentation, and compelling positioning.
* Identify business needs and develop strategic initiatives to drive revenue retention and growth.
* Establish and implement processes for tracking, monitoring, and reporting on the success of marketing programs.
* Effectively communicate progress and insights to internal stakeholders through regular readouts.
* Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across various teams, including Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Sales.
Qualifications:
* Solid years of professional experience in product marketing within the technology or internet technology sectors, strategic marketing, product management, or management consulting.
* Proven experience in AdTech.
* Demonstrated ability to use deductive reasoning to simplify complex issues and communicate them effectively.
* Strong experience collaborating across cross-functional teams with the ability to influence behaviour and drive resolution in the face of competing perspectives.
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with experience setting priorities, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Experience leading market assessments, quantitative analysis, and qualitative feedback initiatives.
* A deep understanding of advertiser needs and the ability to translate them into actionable recommendations.
* Proven ability to partner effectively with Product Management and Engineering teams.
* Experience owning and driving go-to-market strategies for product portfolios.
