Do you have:
1. Relevant qualifications and experience in residential childcare, or working with children and young people?
2. A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children?
3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills?
4. The ability to work shift work following a rota pattern including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep ins (payable at £40.76 per sleep in)?

Maple Cottage, South Hylton, Sunderland
Registered Manager (Grade 10), £51,802 - £56,131 per annum: to lead the daily operations, ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, and inspire your team to provide exceptional care.
You should hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services with Children and Young People’s Residential Management Pathway (or equivalent) or be willing to achieve this.

2. Residential Child Care Worker (Grade 5), £30,060 - £32,654 per annum, plus 10% alternating shift allowance: Nook Lodge / Greenway
3. Casual Waking Night Residential Child Care Worker (Grade 5), £30,060 - £32,654 per annum (pro rata) – 2 positions: Marlow Drive
4. Casual Residential Child Care Worker (Grade 5), £30,060 - £32,654 per annum, plus 10% alternating shift allowance (pro rata) – 2 positions: Marlow Drive
