Role responsibilities
* Managing a varied portfolio of clients including owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals
* Providing tax planning advice in areas such as inheritance tax, capital gains tax, succession, and restructuring
* Overseeing personal and corporate tax compliance work, ensuring high-quality delivery
* Acting as a senior point of contact for key clients and developing long-term advisory relationships
* Working alongside the senior leadership team to shape strategy and support future growth
* Mentoring and developing junior members of the tax team
* Identifying new business opportunities and playing an active role in practice development

Candidate requirements
* CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified with extensive experience in tax advisory and compliance
* Strong background in both personal and corporate tax, ideally within a practice environment
* Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver proactive, commercially focused advice
* Confident in business development, networking and identifying opportunities for growth
* Experienced in managing and mentoring staff
* Ambition to take on partnership responsibility and contribute to long-term firm strategy
