On behalf of our client schools, Tradewind Manchester are looking to recruit multiple 1:1 teaching assistants to support children throughout our schools in Salford, Bury and Trafford. This position would be assisting children within a classroom setting in a primary school who require extra support. You will work closely with the class teacher and other members of staff to develop strategies to help the children reach their individual potential. You would be supporting with the students academic work and supporting managing their behaviour.
The ideal candidate would:
Have some past experience working with children
Be able to demonstrate your ability to build professional relationships with students
Have a fun but firm presence
