Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 3:00pm

Salary: £140 - £200 Per day

Expected start date: April 2025

Value Education is working with an exceptional secondary school in the Bolton area that is looking for an experienced Teacher of Maths.

Teacher of Maths Job Duties:

1. Deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons to students
2. Plan and prepare lesson materials in line with the curriculum
3. Assess and evaluate student progress regularly
4. Provide feedback to students and parents on academic performance
5. Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
6. Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

Teacher of Maths Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
2. Degree in Mathematics or related field
3. Prior experience teaching mathematics at the secondary school level
4. Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Mathematics
5. Excellent classroom management skills
6. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
7. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
