We are recruiting for an HR Advisor on contract to work for a leading Defence organisation. The role will be based 3 days per week in their Chester offices and 2 remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strong IT/Data analytics skills to enhance reporting methods and drive evidence-based actions.
* Previous experience in HR, ideally in one or several of the following activities: HR legal, payroll, HR analyst, digital, recruitment, or learning.
* Deep understanding of HR policies, processes & systems.
* Autonomy & Adaptability.
* Proficiency in Microsoft and Google-suite (especially Excel).
* Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate, address business issues, and offer solutions to managers.
* Good communication and stakeholder management skills, teamwork and networking abilities, ability to convince, negotiate, and take initiative.
* Customer orientation & responsiveness, with a solution mindset.
* Building & Managing Relationships capability.
* Strong interpersonal skills, self-awareness & empathy.
* Experience in a HR role, such as a HR Officer or HR Administrator.
* Flexible on the industry/background for candidates with a few years' experience in HR.
* CIPD qualification is desirable but not necessary.
