Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct annual compliance reviews and provide comprehensive reports to our Risk and Audit Committee.
* Play a key role in internal and external audits (ISO 9001, ISO 27001), ensuring their standards remain exemplary.
* Undertake supplier due diligence and contribute to the continuous improvement of business continuity, disaster recovery, and GDPR compliance.
* Monitor and analyse risk trends, offering actionable recommendations to improve performance.
* Work collaboratively across all functions to ensure processes are accurate and regularly reviewed, embedding lessons learned into company practices.
Who They’re Looking For:
* Experienced and Skilled: You have a strong background in quality management, compliance, and auditing, with knowledge of FCA, PRA rules, and ISO standards (ISO 9001/27001).
* Detail-Oriented: Your keen eye for detail and analytical mindset allow you to spot trends, assess risks, and recommend improvements.
* Effective Communicator: With excellent written and verbal skills, you can influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.

Experience & Skills Required:
* Knowledge of UK financial regulations, especially in the financial and pensions sector.
* Significant experience in quality management, auditing, and ISO compliance (9001/27001).
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess and mitigate risks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
