What You’ll Be Doing This is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead the marketing efforts for Eden Hotel Collection, helping shape our brand presence across the hospitality industry. Based within our central Sales & Marketing team, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and delivering the group’s marketing strategy while ensuring our collection of luxury hotels remains at the forefront of the industry. As the leader of our marketing department, you’ll oversee all activities that enhance digital outreach, brand awareness and drive sales. You’ll also have direct line management responsibility for two marketing executives, guiding and supporting them to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department. From developing innovative campaigns to increasing online profitability with our digital partners, your focus will be on creating impactful, multi-channel strategies that deliver real results. Your role won’t be confined to a desk—you’ll collaborate closely with hotel teams both via hotel visits and remotely to uncover and amplify their stories, work alongside our partners to develop engaging promotional campaigns, and attend trade shows and events to represent the Eden Hotel Collection at the highest level. What You’ll Need · Most importantly…to be a ‘fresh thinking’ highly creative leader with a passion for the luxury hospitality sector and experience in a comparable role, with an in-depth understanding of the digital landscape; · To be someone who ‘makes things happen’; demonstrated through your experience in creating and bringing to life best in class campaigns, from conception to execution, engagement and measurement, in order to attract and retain business; · Proven experience managing and developing teams, with the ability to inspire, guide, and support your direct reports while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. · Exceptional communication and people skills to build relationships with the wider hotel teams and external partners. · To be results-driven: combining creativity with results to deliver marketing campaigns that drive profitability and align with company goals. · High levels of self motivation with a "give it a go" attitude, able to adapt and recover quickly when faced with challenges, using exceptional influencing skills to get results. · A full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel as required to visit our beautiful hotels What’s in it for you?
