Bennett and Game are assisting our client, a New Forest based Architectural Practice, on an exciting vacancy for a Senior Architectural Technologist within their passionate and vibrant office. Specialists within the Residential sector, this will be an opportunity for you to delve into a variety of projects within this area, such as luxury housing, master planning, urban regeneration and later living.
The most successful Architectural Technologist will be a confident character, allowing them to assist others with the prospect of managing your own team. This will be a fantastic opportunity to further your experience within the Residential sector, as well as expose you to the Mixed-use, Education, Leisure and Commercial sectors. You will be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD; experience in both of these software is required.

* Competitive Salary (£35,000 - £48,000 DOE)

Position Overview
* Working in the New Forest in their purpose-built studio on the edge of the New Forest
* Work across a variety of projects within the Residential, Mixed-use, Education, Leisure and Commercial sectors
* Design and deliver innovative yet functional and affordable buildings that exceed the clients' expectations
* Use Revit and AutoCAD software on a daily basis
* Prospect of managing your own design team
Position Requirements
* Located within a commutable distance to the New Forest area
* Minimum 5 years' experience within the industry
* A wealth of experience within the Residential and Commercial sector
* Proficiency with Revit is essential
* Act as main Client Interface on behalf of the Practice
* Delivering projects from inception to completion
* Managing and assisting junior consultants and design teams
