Grade 4 - £32,076 - £39,186 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review
In addition, you will receive a Recruitment & Retention Payment - £5,000 per annum (paid monthly over a 12 month period, pro rata for part-time staff) and a Golden Hello payment - £1,000 (upon external appointment).

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the City Wide Safeguarding Team based within various locations city-wide.
Successful candidates will work across busy multi-disciplinary teams to facilitate social work practices.
You will work as part of the community social work teams to deliver on person-centred practices where citizens are enabled to exercise choice, control, independence, and build resilience with a focus on prevention and early intervention, positive risk enablement, making safeguarding personal, and partnership intervention, in accordance with the Care Act 2014.
You will have demonstrable social work experience, the ability to work positively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, in partnership with other stakeholders, together with an interest in and skills to work within the specific constituency-based or city-wide multi-disciplinary team. You will require the ability to produce reports and the resilience to deliver under pressure within required timeframes.
