An exciting role has arisen to join a successful Luxury Fashion e-commerce team based in Southwest London. We are looking for a skilled bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their fun, dynamic and friendly team!
The package:
1. Salary: £28 pro rata (3 months FTC).
2. Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
3. Location: Kensington ( Office based role).

Your responsibilities will include:
8. Dealing with a wide range of enquiries across multiple platforms at the same time in a timely manner.
9. Providing product information and orders management.
10. Delivering exceptional customer service and drive excellent customer satisfaction rating by being a brand ambassador and representing company values.
11. Building a reliable rapport with delivery service providers to swiftly address any arising issues and foster trust.
12. Supporting stores and resolving issues.
13. Troubleshooting the e-commerce system and providing support to the managers.
14. Keeping CRM up to date.
Profile:
15. Required to be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
16. Proven experience within a customer service or customer support role.
17. Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
18. Have strong IT skills, including Microsoft programs, experience in Zendesk desirable.
19. Great communication and organisational skills.
20. A strong problem solver with a solutions-oriented approach.
21. Capable of self-motivation, multitasking, and effective prioritisation.
22. Excellent team player
