Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality PE lessons and activities that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
* Work closely with teachers to integrate physical education into the broader curriculum, promoting the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
* Lead extracurricular sports and fitness activities, encouraging student participation and fostering school spirit.
* Support the development of individual students by providing tailored guidance and encouragement.
* Monitor and document students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
* Promote positive behaviour, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students.
Requirements:
* Qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) status with a specialization in Physical Education.
* A genuine passion for promoting physical fitness and well-being among young learners.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
* Enthusiasm, creativity, and the ability to design and implement engaging PE lessons and activities.
* Previous experience in a similar role or working with children in an educational setting.
* A proactive approach to professional development and continuous learning.
