Space 8 Recruitment are looking for a Customer Service Team Manager to join our well-established client based in Coventry on a HYBRID basis. This role is easily commutable from Coventry, Kenilworth, Solihull and South Birmingham.

The Role
This role reports into the Head of Customer Services and manages a team of 7. Duties will include:
Managing the team on a day to day basis.
Delivering training to the team & individuals where required.
Be the point of escalation for customer complaints
Coaching and employee development
Recruit and train new team members
Identify improvements that could be made and find solutions
Monitor and manage work-flow within the team
Analyse complex information
Monitor and report on KPIs
What are we looking for?
Essential - over 2 years' experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
Essential - over 2 years' experience of managing a customer service team
Essential - able to analyse data
Essential - strong excel skills
Essential - fantastic communication skills both verbal and written
