Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Executive at byellie. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing customer service processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Building processes to ensure a clear smooth returns and refunds system is in place while working with our 3PL, you may also have the opportunity to take on other areas as you work within the start up culture. Managing This role is located in Tadworth with the flexibility for some remote work, an exciting time to join a fast pass growing company within the beauty space around ambitious growth minded individuals.

* Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus

Hours: MON-FRI 10:00-15:00
