Customer Service Manager - Permanent, full time position, 36.25 hours per week A unique opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Manager to join our Sales Department. The Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the administration of all international and UK customer orders, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and optimizing operational efficiency. A key focus of this role will be the management of HMRC-related processes and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the international whisky industry, excellent organisational and communication skills, and expertise in HMRC regulations pertaining to international sales with a very high level of attention to detail. The successful candidate will ideally have: a degree in business administration, international trade, or a related field. Proven experience in international sales administration, preferably in the whisky industry. In-depth knowledge of HMRC regulations and procedures related to international sales and customs compliance. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in using relevant software applications for sales administration and financial management. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation. Analytical mindset with high level problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
