Account Manager Location – London [Hybrid] About the role We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our fast growing Business Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships within the ecosystems we operate in, including partners, clients, and internal stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of partner products, services, and partner network, combined with strong business acumen and account management skills. The successful candidate will drive growth by developing and executing strategies that enhance collaboration, increase sales, and deliver value to all ecosystem participants. You will have at least 5 years experience gained in consulting or services sales and be looking to increase your exposure to clients in the Workday ecosystem. Having a logical approach to new challenges and being ready to explore new solutions which enhance our offering is key to support our continued global growth at CloudRock. Key Job Responsibilities: Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our partners, including system integrators, software vendors, and other strategic partners. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals and objectives. Collaborate with partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Account Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Develop and implement account plans to achieve revenue targets, customer satisfaction, and long-term account growth. Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and report on progress to senior management. Sales and Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities within our customer portfolio. Work closely with the sales and delivery leaders to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth. Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and clients to maximize profitability and ensure mutual benefit. Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including delivery, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to partners and clients. Coordinate joint marketing efforts, events, and initiatives with our partners to enhance brand presence and drive demand. Market Analysis and Strategy: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments within the ecosystems we operate. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on strategies to enhance the company’s position within those ecosystem. Contribute to the development of new offerings and solutions that meet the evolving needs of those ecosystems. The Ideal Candidate Has the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders. Has demonstrable experience in developing and executing strategic account plans that align with business objectives. Has the ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with multiple departments and stakeholders.
