In your role as Care Home Admissions, you will be an experienced sales, marketing, and business development professional responsible for driving effective occupancy sales for the Care Home.
You are required to support the Care Home with its sales targets, focusing primarily on private paying customers, local authority, and respite.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Achieving the sales targets for resident occupancy.
2. Promoting our care home through strong links within the community, and marketing us at every opportunity through events.
3. Communicating with prospective clients and their families about our outstanding care home facilities and caregiving services.
4. Developing our business in line with the growth plans for the care home.

Some weekend working will be required for this position due to being available for promotional events and occupancy viewings.
