The Role
* Providing general administrative support to the team.
* Support project management team by managing key administration tasks.
* Managing job sheets.
* Managing RAMS.
* Excel and data management.
* Serve as point of contact for internal and external colleagues.
* Assist with filing, documentation, and ad-hoc administration.
Key Skills
* Proven administration skills.
* Previous experience within a construction environment.
* Excel experience (managing spreadsheets).
* Ability to maintain effective communication across departments.
* Eye for detail.
