The ideal candidate will be compassionate, enthusiastic and have excellent communication skills. Block bookings are available. Shift patterns are day time only. You must be able to adhere to the start and finish times, 7am being the earliest and 10pm latest. Day to day duties include: Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting Assist individuals in a college setting Attend classes including cooking classes, art classes and physical activities Attend events and day trips with individuals Supporting individuals with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry Supporting service users in a swimming pool As a temporary Support Worker at AJ, you will provide care and support to adults with autism, learning difficulties, physical disabilities, dementia, sensory impairments and behaviours that challenge.
