GRS are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installations and maintenance work within the water industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise electrical teams working on water treatment plants, pumping stations, and associated infrastructure. Ensure all work complies with industry regulations, site procedures, and health & safety standards. Coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities. Carry out inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits. Manage materials, tools, and resources efficiently. Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors. Maintain accurate records and reports on site progress. Requirements SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) Certification – Essential NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) ECS Gold Card / CSCS Card (Preferred) Proven experience supervising electrical work in the water industry or similar environments (e.g., utilities, industrial sectors) Knowledge of control panels, motors, pumps, and automation systems Strong understanding of permit-to-work systems and site safety protocols Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics If you're interested in hearing further about the role then please apply online and a member of the team will be in touch
