I have a great opportunity for a Dispensing Optical Practice Manager to work 4.5 days a week for a well-established, independent practice in Longfield, Kent.

Skills Required:

1. Commercially minded and able to push the business forward
2. Excellent customer service skills
3. Excellent dispense skills at all levels
4. Knowledge of contact lenses
5. Able to hit the ground running

The Role:
1. Managing a small team and the day-to-day running of the practice
2. Motivating the team to help increase sales
3. Dispensing
4. Administrative duties

Days and Working Hours:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; 9 – 5.30
Saturday; 9 - 1
