Base pay range
Salary £26,000 - £30,000 depending on relevant experience. This will consist of a basic salary plus target-related bonuses circa £60,000.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain your full CeMAP qualification and provide professional advice to customers who have applied for a Mortgage.

Key Responsibilities:
* To offer the best advice to our customers that suits their individual needs and offer excellent customer service.
* Following FCA regulations and procedures.
* Showcasing high levels of customer service and empathy on every call.
* Liaising with in-house departments surrounding the full Mortgage application process.
* To be actively involved in all training provided to improve continuously and to take ownership of your training and development and self-progression.
* Complete income and expenditure checks with the customers assessing their financial situation.
* Offer some general advice on the home-buying process.
* Meet all departmental SLAs and targets.
* Ensure all regulatory documentation is completed within the required timescale.
Qualifications:
* Experience working within a targeted Sales environment, preferably within an FCA-regulated arena but not essential.
* A track record of meeting and exceeding personal Sales targets throughout your career to date.
* Longevity between previous positions.
* A track record of developing and implementing streamlined workflows and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
* Familiarity with relevant software applications and systems used in mortgage processing and operational management.
