Product Management Support Analyst

£600 per day (Inside IR35)
My client, a well-known high-street bank, is looking for a Product Management Support Analyst to join their fast-paced team on an initial 6-month contract.
Responsibilities:
* Be the product focal point for all changes required for the Global Register system.
* Support the Product Manager in decisions related to the prioritisation of change and the technology spend for the GR system.
* Support the design, delivery, and rollout of elements of the global TPM service and continuous improvement.
* Owner of governance and TPM process and system changes.
* Strong experience of engaging with stakeholders across the business, with the ability to influence where necessary.
* Deep understanding of third-party management systems and processes.
* Provide strong Procurement subject matter expertise to stakeholders on vision, delivery, and architecture design.
* Build a relationship of trust and influence with the DCOO IT team and build strong relationships with vendors.
* Report on change delivery and service quality status on behalf of the service line.
* Ensure Technology and operational risks are appropriately controlled in line with Group and business objectives.
Skills Required/Desired:
* Archer system experience beneficial but not essential as the client understands this is not a common skill.
* Service Now experience beneficial.
* Global register experience beneficial.
* Third Party Management experience essential.
* Banking experience beneficial.
* Appian experience beneficial but not essential as the client understands this is not a common skill.
* Understanding/Concept of Risk essential.
