Job Description
* Providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
* Managing calendars, coordinating meetings and appointments.
* Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
* Maintaining an organised filing system for easy document retrieval.
* Assisting in the preparation of department budgets and expenses.
* Coordinating travel arrangements for department members.
* Performing other administrative tasks as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Administrator' should have:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other administrative software.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, industrial / manufacturing environment.
