Role overview
As a Planning Manager, you will oversee the strategic planning and scheduling of multiple construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role aims to optimize project timelines, resource allocation, and coordination efforts while fostering efficiency across the construction portfolio. You will implement best practices, guide the planning team, and ensure successful project outcomes.
You will operate both independently and as part of the planning team. In this role, you will identify planning scope, major constraints, and contract requirements, while also collaborating on the development of a logical sequence and methodology during tender processes. You will provide leadership and guidance to ensure that all planning deliverables, including programs, planning philosophy, and presentations, meet project goals. This role also involves managing the contract stage and working closely with project stakeholders and subcontractors.
